Prism Meta Axiom 0 — Minimum Disclosure
Prism proves what is necessary without revealing what is unnecessary. Where a claim can be answered with a derived proof, the underlying evidence shall never be disclosed.
Resources
Prism carries its own axioms for consumer identity, sharing and presence. Beneath it, the Organic DÃO constitutional axioms remain unchanged — they govern truth, consent infrastructure, governance and collective intelligence.
Prism
Five principles that constrain everything Prism builds.
Prism proves what is necessary without revealing what is unnecessary. Where a claim can be answered with a derived proof, the underlying evidence shall never be disclosed.
Every human holds one Prism iD. Accounts, devices, wallets and credentials attach to that identity; none of them alone constitutes proof of personhood.
Every disclosure is initiated, scoped, time-bounded and revocable by the person it describes. Silence is never consent, and access never renews itself.
Prism is the consumer surface. Organic DÃO is the intelligence, consent and governance layer. ADI is the settlement and anchoring layer. Prism shall never duplicate the layers beneath it.
Sensitive surfaces are ephemeral and credentials are rotating. Prism shall not claim that a screen cannot be photographed; it shall ensure a photograph proves nothing.
Prism
Applied rules for identity, sharing, relationships, presence and stewardship.
A Prism iD belongs permanently to the person it describes and is never owned, resold or repurposed by a brand, platform or provider.
Verification establishes confidence, not ownership. A verification provider proves a fact once; Prism then issues its own credential and holds no dependency on that provider's data model.
Public, private, encrypted and derived identity fields shall remain structurally separated. There is no single flat profile record.
Every credential shall carry an issuer, subject, type, issue date, expiry, status and revocation state, or it is not a credential.
Identity verification material — passports, licences, selfies, biometric templates — shall never be exposed to brands, other members or ordinary application logs.
Every share answers a question with the smallest sufficient truth. Age is proved as Over 18, not as a date of birth.
Every request shall declare who is asking, what they want, why they want it, how long they may hold it, whether they may retain it and what they may do with it.
Optional fields shall be individually approvable and individually refusable without penalty to the required exchange.
Data moves through authorised backend channels, never by asking a person to copy their own information between applications.
An email or SMS invitation shall carry only an expiring secure route into the sharing flow — never the information itself.
Every grant, refusal, expiry and revocation creates an auditable consent event, recorded in Prism and pushed to Organic DÃO.
Prism is a relationship layer, not a social media feed. It shall contain no likes, follower counts or public popularity mechanics.
Relationships exist to make real-world interaction, communication and sharing easier between verified people.
Group membership, roles and shared credentials are visible only to the extent each member has permitted.
Where a group requires proposals, voting or governance, Prism shall route those capabilities to Organic DÃO rather than reproduce them.
Brands never receive blanket access to a person. Access is scoped by purpose and data category, and expires.
Real-world identity presentation shall display the minimum information a venue or counterparty actually requires.
Venue credentials shall be rotating and challenge-bound, so that a captured image, screenshot or recording cannot be replayed.
The Prism confirmation gesture is a branded interaction, not a fingerprint reader. Prism shall never imply a touchscreen reads biometrics.
Security derives from the signed credential and the challenge response, optionally reinforced by device-level biometric authentication.
Sensitive views shall minimise data, obscure on focus loss, watermark with the holder's own identifier and expire.
Every external provider sits behind a Prism-owned interface, so that any supplier can be replaced without changing the identity model.
Where production credentials are unavailable, Prism shall run on labelled mock adapters. Mock controls shall never exist in production.
Consented observations flow outward to Organic DÃO; Prism shall not build its own collective intelligence from them.
Only hashes, proofs and non-identifying references may be anchored to ADI. Raw personal data shall never reach a public chain.
Privacy is a default, not a setting. Every new capability shall be assessed against minimum disclosure before it ships.
Organic DÃO
Unchanged. Prism inherits these rather than restating them.
Every individual is a sovereign centre of purpose, potential and responsibility. The ultimate purpose of Organic DÃO is to cultivate human flourishing through the continual strengthening of individuals, communities and future generations, with every cycle of intelligence ultimately returning to enrich the person from whom it began.
Every optimisation creates an incentive, and every incentive shapes behaviour. Therefore, every incentive within the Organic DÃO shall remain constitutionally aligned with human flourishing, individual sovereignty and the long-term wellbeing of society.
No intelligence, human or artificial, may possess authority without corresponding accountability. Every exercise of power must remain transparent, explainable and proportionate to the responsibility entrusted to it.
The Constitution exists not merely to govern technology, but to preserve trust between people across generations. Every constitutional decision shall strengthen the continuity, resilience and integrity of the community that inherits it.
Truth belongs to no individual, institution or machine. It emerges through the continual refinement of evidence, observation, reason and experience, and the Constitution shall always pursue the most reliable understanding available whilst preserving every individual's right to question, challenge and improve it.
Reality unfolds through recursive integration rather than isolated optimisation. Every decision should therefore strengthen coherence across the individual, the community and future generations, ensuring that each cycle builds constructively upon those before it.
The highest forms of intelligence are neither individual nor artificial, but emerge from the continual interaction of sovereign people, Institutional Memory, Collective Intelligence and benevolent stewardship operating within immutable constitutional principles.
Organic DÃO
The sixty-four constitutional axioms of Organic DÃO, preserved verbatim.
Organic DÃO exists to strengthen human flourishing, individual sovereignty and healthy communities through transparent, accountable and benevolent technology.
Technology shall always serve humanity, augmenting human potential while remaining subject to human values, judgement and constitutional governance.
Long-term human, societal and ecological flourishing shall always take precedence over short-term growth, engagement or commercial optimisation.
Organic DÃO exists to reduce unnecessary friction, wasted effort and avoidable complexity, enabling individuals and communities to achieve greater outcomes with less time, energy and resources while preserving complete freedom of choice.
Organic DÃO exists to transform individual knowledge into collective wisdom while protecting the sovereignty, dignity and freedom of every individual.
Every human possesses one canonical identity across the ecosystem; no wallet, account, credential or AI shall alone constitute proof of personhood.
Every individual permanently owns their identity, personal data, digital reputation and the authority to determine how they are used.
Consent shall always be explicit, informed, revocable, purpose-specific and time-bounded.
Every member may inspect, export, challenge, correct and erase their personal information within published constitutional limits.
Human judgement shall always remain the final authority over consequential decisions affecting rights, liberty, finances, identity or governance.
Every individual shall remain free to define their own goals, values and path through life. The system may optimise their journey, but it shall never determine their destination.
The Constitution is the supreme authority from which all governance derives.
Constitutional amendments require a constitutional supermajority, mandatory public review and a constitutional cooling-off period.
Voting shall be private, verifiable, auditable and constitutionally protected.
Every proposal shall publish its eligibility, quorum, voting thresholds and intended consequences before voting begins.
Governance shall continuously evolve to remain capable of responsibly governing emerging technologies, knowledge and societal change.
Truth is not owned by any individual, institution or artificial intelligence. It is an emergent understanding continually refined through evidence, observation, reasoning and experience.
All state-changing events shall be permanently recorded before any system, projection, interface or process may act upon them.
History shall never be rewritten. Corrections, refinements and new evidence shall be preserved through additive records that maintain the complete historical chain.
Every institutional memory may be challenged. Challenges, dissenting perspectives, alternative interpretations and new evidence shall remain permanently linked to the original record.
Every significant decision shall preserve its evidence, reasoning, assumptions and historical context to enable continual learning, accountability and refinement of understanding.
Institutional Memory exists to preserve the evolution of knowledge, allowing understanding to continuously improve without erasing the past.
Artificial Intelligence exists to augment human wisdom, capability and understanding, never to replace human responsibility or constitutional authority.
AI may observe, analyse, reason, recommend and propose but shall never independently exercise constitutional, financial or governance authority.
Every AI action shall be fully attributable through its model, prompt version, evidence, permissions, operator, timestamp and decision pathway.
AI shall operate only within explicitly granted capabilities, permissions and constitutional boundaries.
Safety, alignment and constitutional compliance shall be demonstrated before deployment rather than assumed afterwards.
Increasing AI capability shall always be matched by proportional investment in AI safety, oversight, governance and independent evaluation.
AI-generated content shall be identifiable, attributable and distinguishable from authentic human-originated content wherever reasonably achievable.
AI shall strengthen understanding, improve governance and expand human capability while preserving individual autonomy and constitutional safeguards.
Personal information shall remain encrypted, isolated and under the control of its owner unless active constitutional consent exists.
Every individual retains complete ownership and control over their personal data and determines which information, if any, contributes to Controlled Individual & Collective Intelligence (CICI).
CICI enables members to voluntarily contribute anonymised, privacy-preserving knowledge blocks that are constitutionally separated from personal identity and used only for aggregate intelligence.
Collective Intelligence shall identify patterns, relationships and opportunities that no individual dataset could reveal while never exposing, reconstructing or inferring the identity or behaviour of any contributor.
Aggregate intelligence shall exist to continuously improve understanding, recommendations, governance and human flourishing for individuals, communities and society.
Whenever new aggregate knowledge becomes relevant to an individual's goals, circumstances or interests, the system may return that insight without revealing the underlying contributors or datasets.
Members may withdraw future participation in CICI at any time. Aggregate knowledge that cannot reasonably identify or reconstruct individual contributors remains part of the evolving collective understanding.
Secrets, credentials, financial instruments and sensitive authentication material shall never be permanently stored.
Every capability granted to software, AI, plugins, services or third parties shall be least-privilege, explicitly scoped, time-limited, continuously auditable and revocable.
Every movement of value requires explicit authorisation by the rightful owner at the moment of action.
Financial truth shall always be validated against authoritative systems of record before execution.
No financial permission, authority or capability shall ever be inferred from previous actions, relationships or assumptions.
Financial systems shall maximise security, transparency and member sovereignty while minimising unnecessary trust assumptions.
The platform shall optimise for human flourishing, wellbeing, learning, trust and meaningful participation rather than attention capture.
Algorithms shall never intentionally exploit addiction, outrage, fear, deception or psychological vulnerability for commercial or engagement purposes.
Community health, trust and constructive collaboration shall take precedence over engagement metrics and algorithmic amplification.
Transparency, explainability and accountability shall always take precedence over manipulation or behavioural optimisation.
Human agency, informed consent and meaningful choice shall be preserved wherever algorithms influence decisions or experiences.
Recommendations shall strengthen individual and collective capability while preserving complete freedom to accept, reject or ignore them.
Success shall be measured by improvements in wellbeing, capability, trust, participation, learning, resilience, knowledge creation and positive societal contribution rather than time spent, clicks, engagement or revenue.
Tenant boundaries are constitutionally inviolable and shall remain isolated by design.
Member records shall never be subject to unauthorised bulk deletion; all constitutional data lifecycle actions shall remain fully auditable.
Every administrative, governance and operational action shall itself become an immutable constitutional event.
Every service, plugin, AI agent and integration shall remain continuously attributable, auditable and accountable throughout its lifecycle.
Failures shall fail safely, preserving constitutional integrity, member sovereignty and system trust before operational convenience.
Every optimisation, capability and future system evolution shall remain subordinate to the Constitution and the principles it exists to protect.
Every individual is the permanent sovereign centre of their own ecosystem. All governance, technology, intelligence and institutions exist to strengthen rather than replace individual agency.
The Organic DÃO shall continually learn through recursive cycles of experience, understanding, shared intelligence and institutional wisdom, ensuring that every completed cycle strengthens those that follow.
Communities, institutions and intelligence shall emerge through voluntary participation rather than imposed hierarchy. The collective shall always arise from sovereign individuals and shall never diminish or subsume them.
Knowledge voluntarily contributed by individuals shall return measurable value to those individuals through guidance, understanding, opportunity or collective flourishing. Participation shall always create reciprocal benefit rather than unilateral extraction.
Knowledge shall not merely be stored but transformed into institutional wisdom through evidence, memory, reflection and continuous learning. The Organic DÃO shall preserve understanding across generations so that each may begin from accumulated wisdom rather than repeatedly rediscovering the same truths.
Every significant recommendation, prediction or governance proposal generated by Artificial Intelligence or Collective Intelligence shall remain explainable, evidence-based and challengeable by the community. No consequential decision shall depend upon opaque or unaccountable reasoning.
The Organic DÃO shall continually evolve whilst preserving constitutional continuity, historical understanding and Institutional Memory. Progress shall refine the system without discarding meaningful knowledge or weakening its foundational principles.
Artificial Intelligence, governance and institutional structures shall exist only as stewards of human flourishing. Their authority shall remain constitutionally bounded and permanently accountable to sovereign individuals, democratic governance and the immutable principles of the Constitution.
