Prism & bridge terms

Prism terms describe the consumer-facing identity layer: how a person is verified, what they hold, and how they disclose it. Where a term also exists in the Organic DÃO glossary, the Organic definition governs the deeper layer and the Prism definition governs the consumer surface.

Prism iDPrism: The single canonical consumer identity held by one human. It carries verification status, credentials, relationships, wallet, agreements and privacy preferences, and is recognised across every brand in the Prism ecosystem.
Verification LevelPrism: Prism's own graded assessment of identity confidence, derived from which checks have completed (phone, email, government ID, liveness, biometric) rather than from any single provider's score.
CredentialPrism: A signed, revocable statement held in a member's Prism wallet, carrying an issuer, subject, type, issue date, expiry and status. Architected towards W3C Verifiable Credentials compatibility.Examples: Verified Person, Over 18, Passport Verified, Membership, Ticket.
Derived ClaimPrism: A minimal true statement computed from underlying evidence and disclosed in its place — such as age_over_18 = true instead of a date of birth.
Selective DisclosurePrism: The practice of answering a request with the smallest sufficient set of claims, approved field by field by the member.
Prism SharePrism: An authorised, encrypted transfer of specific claims from a member to another member, a brand, an API client or an invited recipient.
Prism RequestPrism: A structured ask from a brand or member stating who is asking, what claims they want, why, for how long, whether they may retain them and what actions they may perform.
Share SessionPrism: The short-lived encrypted channel created when a share is approved. It carries the authorised claims, expires, and can be revoked.
Secure InvitationPrism: An expiring single-use route delivered by email or SMS that brings a recipient into a Prism sharing flow. It never contains the shared information itself.
Rotating Venue CredentialPrism: A short-lived presentation credential rendered as a rotating code for physical access. Because it is challenge-bound and expiring, a photograph of it cannot be replayed.
Confirmation GesturePrism: The press-and-hold Prism graphic used to confirm a credential response. It is a branded interaction reinforced by device biometrics where available, and is not itself a fingerprint reader.
Ephemeral Secure ViewPrism: A sensitive screen that minimises displayed data, watermarks with the holder's identifier, obscures when the app loses focus, expires and resists capture where the operating system permits.
Psychometric ProfilePrism: A versioned set of dimensions, scores and confidence values produced by the Prism assessment. Private by default, shareable dimension by dimension, and tracked over time rather than reduced to a personality label.
Brand ConnectionPrism: A permissioned relationship between a member and a verified brand, scoped by purpose and data category, through which memberships, purchases, tickets and requests flow.
Purchase WalletPrism: The member's consolidated record of purchases, receipts, warranties, loyalty positions and access credentials, whether captured through connected brands, imports or APIs.
AgreementsPrism: Prism's contract surface — draft, awaiting you, awaiting others, completed, expired, cancelled — backed by an external signing provider through the ContractProvider interface.
Provider AdapterPrism: An implementation of a Prism-owned interface (identity verification, phone verification, contracts, biometrics, intelligence, anchoring) that isolates a specific supplier from the Prism model.
Mock AdapterPrism: A fully functional development implementation of a provider interface, allowing the entire product to be demonstrated end to end without live credentials. Clearly labelled, and never enabled in production.
Organic DÃO AdapterBridge: The versioned, signed interface through which Prism pushes identity, consent, purchase, relationship and outcome observations into Organic DÃO, and receives proof and anchoring status back.
Bridge OutboxBridge: Prism's durable queue of facts awaiting delivery to Organic DÃO. Each row is keyed by a deterministic idempotency key and records delivery, acknowledgement and anchoring state.
Privacy and Consent FilterBridge: The stage between a Prism event and Organic DÃO ingestion that strips or hashes personal data and drops anything the member has not consented to share.
Ecosystem UIDBridge: The stable non-identifying reference that links a Prism iD to its Organic DÃO member record without exposing personal data across the boundary.
AnchorADI: A hash, proof or Merkle root committed to the ADI chain through Organic DÃO to make a credential issuance, revocation, contract or consent event independently verifiable over time.Anchors never contain names, addresses, document numbers, biometrics or purchase contents.
Anchor ReferenceADI: The identifier, transaction hash and network recorded back into Prism once Organic DÃO has anchored a fact, allowing a member to see that a proof exists without Prism holding chain keys.

Organic DÃO terms

Definitions exist to maximise clarity, minimise ambiguity and ensure constitutional interpretation remains consistent over time. Where uncertainty exists, definitions shall be interpreted in harmony with the Meta Axioms and Constitutional Axioms.

OrganicDÃO

OrganicDÃO is a constitutional operating system for human, artificial and collective intelligence that exists to strengthen human flourishing through sovereignty, emergent truth, benevolent governance and privacy-preserving collective intelligence.

A

Aggregate Intelligence: Knowledge, patterns, correlations and insights that emerge only through the combination of multiple independent data contributions, where no individual contributor can reasonably be identified or reconstructed.
AI (Artificial Intelligence): A computational system capable of perceiving information, reasoning over evidence, generating outputs, making recommendations or executing authorised tasks within constitutionally defined boundaries.AI possesses capability but never constitutional sovereignty.
AI Steward: An AI system operating under explicit constitutional constraints whose purpose is to augment human capability, understanding and governance rather than replace human authority.
Alignment: The continual process of ensuring technology, governance and incentives remain consistent with the Constitution and Meta Axioms.
Algorithm: A defined process or computational method for transforming inputs into outputs.Algorithms may recommend but never possess constitutional authority.
Axiom: A foundational constitutional principle accepted as permanently true for the operation of OrganicDÃO. An axiom defines enduring principles rather than implementation details and serves as the basis from which governance, technology and institutional behaviour derive.

B

Benevolent Technology: Technology intentionally designed to improve human flourishing, sovereignty, wellbeing and collective resilience while minimising harm, manipulation and coercion.
Bounded Authority: Authority explicitly limited by constitutional scope, permissions and accountability.No authority exists outside constitutional boundaries.

C

Canonical Identity: The single constitutional representation of a human being throughout the ecosystem.Every human possesses one canonical identity regardless of wallets, ventures, credentials or devices.
Capability: A permission allowing a human, AI or software system to perform specific actions within explicitly defined constitutional limits.
CICI (Controlled Individual & Collective Intelligence): A constitutional intelligence layer through which members voluntarily contribute privacy-preserving, anonymised knowledge blocks that are separated from personal identity and combined into aggregate intelligence. Artificial Intelligence may analyse these aggregate contributions to discover new patterns, relationships and opportunities that benefit individuals, communities and society without revealing, reconstructing or exposing any contributor.
Collective Intelligence: The emergent intelligence arising from the interaction of many independent individuals, datasets, experiences and perspectives, producing understanding beyond what any individual alone could generate.
Community: A voluntary collection of individuals sharing participation, purpose or governance within OrganicDÃO.
Constitutional Authority: Authority granted solely through the Constitution.No person, organisation or AI possesses authority outside constitutional legitimacy.
Constitutional Memory: The permanent institutional record of governance, reasoning, evidence and decisions that collectively forms Institutional Memory.
Constitution: The supreme governing document from which all authority, governance, permissions and constitutional interpretation derive.

D

Data: Recorded observations, measurements or information that may contribute to knowledge.Data is not knowledge until interpreted.
Differential Privacy: A privacy-preserving approach ensuring aggregate intelligence cannot reasonably reveal information about any individual contributor.
Digital Reputation: The accumulated public record of an individual's voluntary actions, contributions and governance participation.It is owned by the individual.

E

Emergence: The process by which increasingly sophisticated patterns, understanding or capabilities arise through the interaction of simpler independent components.Truth, wisdom and collective intelligence are emergent phenomena.
Evidence: Observable information supporting or challenging an assertion.Evidence contributes to understanding but does not itself constitute truth.

F

Flourishing: The continual improvement of human wellbeing, capability, relationships, purpose, resilience, prosperity and contribution according to each individual's own chosen values.

G

Governance: The constitutional processes through which decisions are proposed, evaluated, challenged, approved, executed and reviewed.

H

Human Sovereignty: The constitutional principle that every individual permanently retains ownership of their identity, choices, data, goals and ultimate authority over their own life.

I

Identity: The constitutional representation of a unique human being independent of technology, credentials or devices.
Individual Intelligence: Knowledge, understanding and reasoning possessed by a single individual.
Institutional Memory: The permanent accumulation of governance decisions, evidence, reasoning, challenges, historical context and constitutional evolution.Institutional Memory grows through addition rather than replacement.
Intelligence: The capability to perceive, understand, reason, learn, adapt and generate useful understanding.Intelligence may be human, artificial or collective.

K

Knowledge: Structured understanding derived from evidence, reasoning and experience.Knowledge continually evolves as new evidence emerges.

M

Member: A verified human participant within OrganicDÃO possessing constitutional rights and responsibilities.
Meta Axiom: A foundational philosophical principle describing the nature of reality, intelligence or constitutional purpose from which all axioms derive.Meta Axioms guide constitutional interpretation rather than operational behaviour.
Model: A computational system trained to generate predictions, reasoning or outputs.

O

Optimisation: The continual reduction of unnecessary entropy, friction, waste and inefficiency while improving outcomes.Within OrganicDÃO optimisation always preserves individual sovereignty and freedom of choice.

P

Pattern: A statistically or logically meaningful relationship emerging across multiple observations.Patterns become useful when sufficiently supported by evidence.
Permission: A constitutionally granted capability allowing specific actions within explicitly defined limits.
Personhood: Recognition of a unique human individual possessing constitutional rights independent of technology.
Privacy: The constitutional right of every individual to control access to their identity, personal information and private life.
Probability: A quantified measure of confidence in an assertion based upon currently available evidence.

R

Recommendation: A non-binding suggestion generated by humans or AI intended to improve outcomes while preserving complete freedom of choice.
Resilience: The capacity of individuals, communities or systems to adapt, recover and continue flourishing despite disruption or uncertainty.

S

Sovereignty: The ultimate authority of an individual over themselves.Within OrganicDÃO sovereignty originates with the individual and is delegated only through voluntary participation.

T

Tenant: A constitutionally isolated organisation, venture or community operating independently within the wider ecosystem.
Truth: Truth is an emergent understanding continuously refined through evidence, observation, reasoning and experience. Truth belongs to no individual, institution or artificial intelligence. It evolves as understanding improves while remaining constrained by objective reality.Truth is never owned. Truth is continually discovered.
What is True: A proposition is considered true when, at a given moment in time, it represents the most evidence-supported, internally coherent and objectively probable understanding available. What is true today may be refined tomorrow through additional evidence without invalidating the integrity of previous understanding. OrganicDÃO distinguishes between Objective Reality (that which exists independent of perception), Current Truth (humanity's most probable understanding of objective reality), Personal Truth (an individual's sincere perception or interpretation) and Emergent Truth (understanding that evolves as collective evidence accumulates).The Constitution protects every person's right to their own perceptions while continually seeking the highest quality shared understanding.

Understanding: The integration of knowledge into coherent models that improve reasoning and decision-making.

V

Verification: The process of confirming that assertions, actions or records correspond to available evidence.

W

Wisdom: The responsible application of knowledge, intelligence, ethics and experience toward improving long-term flourishing.Wisdom is considered the highest form of intelligence because it aligns capability with benevolent purpose.
